Glendale Community College, Arizona



The International Student Program at Glendale Community College was created in 1994 and has two goals: to attract more students from other countries and provide all the services of our campus. Our services include:

  • Help in the admissions process
  • Help to find accommodation
  • orientation
  • Immigration Advice and preparation for the I -20
  • Planned transfer to universities
  • Intensive English Program


The Glendale Community College ( GCC ) is located in Glendale, Arizona, next to Phoenix, the state capital. It is an institution of higher education fully accredited, offering programs of two years duration.

Students enrolled in GCC can complete the first half of a degree program in an establishment dedicated to quality teaching in small classes. The costs are lower than in the universities and colleges that offer programs larger four years.

Costs

Tuition for full -time registration is U.S. $ 3,800 per semester . Subject to change.

Accommodation

The GCC has no residence halls on campus. There is a homestay program for students who wish to live with an American family. You can also find accommodation in apartments in the area. The costs of rents vary between $ 400 and $ 800 depending on the apartment. This does not include food.

Registration Dates

Fall Semester: August to December
Spring Semester : January to June
Summer: June, July , August ( these months are not available for new international students)

Admission Requirements

  • An application form completed and signed by the applicant.
  • Proof of English proficiency
  • Official documents, transcripts and proof of completion of secondary school studies.
  • Financial support documents.
